PAYMENT
When do I receive a refund?
Your refund is given once we have received the return and we have had an opportunity to inspect the product(s). Inspections are completed within 10 business days after receiving the product(s).
Payment by card / internet bank
Your refund will be given within the time frame above.
Payment by invoice / partial payment
Your invoice / partial payment will be credited with the returned product(s) price(s).
Why can't I pay by invoice?
There may be a number of reasons:
1. Payment by invoice is available for Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish customers only.
2. There is an 18 years age limit.
3. The shipping address must be your national registration address.
4. The order amount can't be higher than 5000 SEK (current limit).
5. You have stated a wrong personal identity number.
6. We were unable to verify your credit.
How does invoice/partial payment work?
Payment by invoice
You will receive an invoice together with your order. Payment 14 days after invoice date. Payment by invoice is available for Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish customers only (18 years age limit). Your order must be shipped to your national registration address. The invoice fee is €5.2 (€7.40 for Denmark, Norway and Finland).
Partial payment
Partial payment (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) for 1,5 % monthly interest and notification fee (€3.2). Partial payment is available for Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish customers only (18 years age limit). Your order must be shipped to your national registration address.

Package from Hong Kong?
As indicated, some of our products are dispatched from our office in Hong Kong.
When you buy a product that will be dispatched from our office in Hong Kong, it's free shipping within Sweden. If you live outside Sweden, you have two delivery options: air (6-10 days, 99 SEK/11 EUR) and express (3-6 days, 199 SEK/23 EUR). The delivery time is from dispatch of order. All of our shipping methods include tracking and signature confirmation. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We have a 30 day return policy - no questions asked. If you would like to make a return, exchange or complaint, click HERE and you will receive simple instructions.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. Refunds are made within 10 business days upon receipt of the return, and exchanges are made within our delivery time frame.
