All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. MODEKUNGEN® make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
Delivery
Free shipping worldwide. All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation. Your order typically arrives within 2-3 weeks but may vary according to our workload and the customs in your country. Custom fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are made within 10 business days upon receipt of the return, and exchanges are made within our delivery time frame.

Unclaimed packages
If you refuse a shipment from MODEKUNGEN®, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MODEKUNGEN®. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Special offers and discounts
All special offers and time-limited discounts presented by MODEKUNGEN® are valid one time per customer and cannot be combined with any other offer.
