Delivery
We ship worldwide. All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation. Your order typically arrives within 2-3 weeks but may vary according to our workload and the customs in your country. Custom fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. Refunds are made within 10 business days upon receipt of the return, and exchanges are made within our delivery time frame.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages are charged both our shipping fee and the return fee from our shipping company.

Modekungen use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
